Someone bought your pet a place in the registry. Type the claim code from the gift card, choose Birth or Adoption wording and a design, add your pet's details, and the finished certificate is emailed to you the moment you're done.

Lost the card? The person who gave it has the same code in their email from us. Codes stay valid for twelve months from the day the gift was bought.
