Shipping policy

Hi-tek Pets certificates are digital products. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges — ever.

How your certificate is delivered

Your certificate is delivered by email, to the address you use at checkout.

Your certificate arrives instantly — the email is sent the moment your payment goes through. Every delivery includes:

  • your certificate in US Letter (8.5 × 11") and A4 sizes, so it fits standard frames anywhere in the world;
  • a full-color version and a free ink-friendly version with a white background, so home printing doesn't cost a fortune in ink;
  • your pet's registry record number and a link to their page in the Hi-tek Pets Registry.

All files are print-ready PDFs at 300 DPI. You can open them with any PDF reader and print them at home or at any print shop.

If your certificate hasn't arrived

If a few minutes have passed and nothing has landed, try these in order:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders. This is where it is nearly every time.
  2. Search your inbox for "Hi-tek Pets."
  3. Check the email address on your order — a single mistyped character is the second most common cause.

Still nothing? Email contact@hitekpets.com with your order number and we'll re-send it right away, to a corrected address if needed. There is no charge for a re-send, and no time limit on asking for one.

Downloading and keeping your files

Your delivery email contains download links for your certificate. We recommend saving the PDFs somewhere safe as soon as you receive them — your own computer, phone, or cloud drive. If you ever lose them, contact us with your record number and we'll help you get them back.

Printing your certificate

Any home printer works. You'll get a thin white edge around the design, which a standard frame covers completely.

For the most vivid result, take the PDF to any print shop — a single full-color print usually costs less than the ink you'd use at home, and 65–80 lb cardstock gives it a premium, frame-ready feel.

International orders

Because delivery is entirely digital, we deliver worldwide at no extra cost. There are no customs fees, import duties, or delivery delays.
